What to expect

Please book your women's health physio appointment through the home page booking section.

A £25 deposit is required when booking the appointment, we accept all major credit/debit cards. The remaining payment amount for the appointment will be charged at the end of appointment. 

Please note this payment can also be taken by all major credit/debit cards or cash.

Please contact me if you would prefer to pay for your appointment by a different method. 

Please note I require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation and re-scheduling of appointments.

· If this notice is not provided within the 24 hours the £25 deposit from the first appointment will be non-refundable. 

· If 24 hours’ notice is not provided when cancelling a return appointment 50% of the total cost of the appointment will be charged and an invoice of this amount will be sent to you for covering the cost of hiring the clinic room. This 24 hours’ notice provides us enough time to fill the clinical slot that you may have had to cancel. 

Please note the clinic is Harpenden based and near St Albans and provides pelvic floor and women's health physio.

If you are unable to provide the 24 hours notice for cancelling the appointment due to a situation that is outwith your control eg. acute illness, childcare issues etc please contact us to discuss this as soon as possible and the deposit/cancellation charges may not be required.

Please bring any relevant medical notes and letters that you feel would be helpful to share during the women's health physio appointment. 

It is also helpful to bring a list of your medication as your medical history will be taken during the initial part of the assessment. Please note all of the information shared is stored securely and confidentially and follows the relevant GDPR policy.

It may be helpful to wear loose and comfortable clothing as I may ask you to carry out some simple exercises as part of the assessment and treatment.

As I work independently unfortunately I am not able to provide a formal chaperone.

You are welcome to bring your own informal chaperone eg. family member etc.
