The best time to book in your Mummy MOT is when you are 6-8 weeks past the date you gave birth. Please note it is not a problem if you need to bring your baby to the appointment.
All women will go through the menopause and it is such an important time for women to focus on their own pelvic health, exercise, activity and well-being.

The women's health physiotherapy appointment will be 1 hour and 15 minutes long and will include a full assessment and treatment session specific to you and your recent delivery whether that be vaginal or c-section.
